The services that Two Trees Digital provides to you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). Two Trees Digital reserves the right to update the T&C at any time without notice to you. Two Trees Digital builds and operates web and mobile applications, typically delivered as an ongoing subscription that covers design, development, hosting, monitoring, and maintenance, along with related digital services such as content management and AI features. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines for a given engagement are governed by the plan you select or a separate written agreement or proposal. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current services are subject to these T&C.
Core maintains what you have. Build builds on our stack. Core covers edits, configuration, and content changes on a site or app we operate — including one you already had before you came to us. Build adds custom development on applications we build and run.
There is no size limit. A large piece of work is broken into a stream of smaller requests and delivered a piece at a time, covered by your plan. We don’t quote it, and we don’t decline it for being big.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect and use your information. By using this website, you consent to the processing described there and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Two Trees Digital. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Two Trees Digital.
Two Trees Digital retains all right, title, and interest in its own platform, tooling, templates, and underlying technology, including any related intellectual property rights, whether registered or not. This does not include the custom application and deliverables we build for you: subject to your account being in good standing, the code and content we produce specifically for your project are yours, and you may request a clean, deployable copy at any time. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” In particular, Two Trees Digital, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors do not represent or warrant to you that:

You agree to indemnify and hold Two Trees Digital, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the services, your use of the services, your connection to the services, your violation of the T&C, or your violation of any rights of another.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Two Trees Digital and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Two Trees Digital. The laws of the State of California, U.S.A., shall govern the T&C and the relationship between you and Two Trees Digital without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
